Progress Steps

With the real estate market so chaotic and expenses going up for everyone in these uncertain times, we are offering a special program to help those who still want to list their home for sale but need or want to save as much as possible.

  1. You can pay as little as 1% commission!  This is a full-service listing with full time realtors who will market your home in the MLS, on our company website and on social media venues in addition to many real estate websites such as Zillow.  You will still have the same wide-spread exposure as when paying a commission rate of 5% or 6%.  But if WE bring you the buyer, all you will pay is the 1% commission.
  2. In this market, you will have many inquiries from buyers both in your local area and perhaps from other states.  If you should have a buyer contact you directly such as a neighbor, friend or other source and you provide the buyerthen 2% commission will be paid.
  3. If another agent and real estate company shows your home and brings a buyer who is selected by you and they are qualified and approved, then a total of 3% commission will be paid.  

That’s it!  The most you will pay is 3% commission for a full-service listing with experienced, professional realtors who want to help you save money! Times are tough right now and we want to help those who want to save but still need the guidance and assistance of a realtor to assure a smooth and stress-free transaction and closing.  Don’t go it alone and sell without representation.  There are so many disclosures and documents that were created to protect sellers.  Let us help protect YOU!
