Elev8 FUN

What was once a large Sears Department Store that closed in 2018 at the Citrus Park Mall Town Center has now been reconstructed to offer an indoor entertainment center for all ages and after only being open for a few weeks, it has taken off with a lot of excitement and enthusiasm.
Elev8 Fun offers go-carts, 12 lanes of bowling, a huge arcade with modern and retro games, laser tag, a ropes course (in the mall area) axe throwing and a glow-in-the-dark mini golf course with a buccaneer pirate theme. This 128,000 square foot project also has a shooting virtual reality game in an Omni Arena where guests use a VR headset and controllers are strapped into a treadmill that detects when gamers are walking and mimics it within the game. There is literally something for everyone to enjoy.
The upper level is where guests will find the biggest attraction: go-carts which can reach speeds of 45 mph while the younger children are a bit slower at 35 mph. Each can ride along the quarter-mile track and race to have the best time on the clock.

Guests can bundle two to four activities for a reasonable price and each bundle includes a $10 arcade credit. Prices vary on weekdays and weekends. This is essentially an indoor theme park for families or anyone looking to have a fun time of various entertainment.
Getting ready to open is PL8 Bar & Grill, an onsite restaurant which will offer hamburgers, pizza, chicken wings, flatbreads, salads and more on the menu. There will also be multiple bars available.
Elev8 currently operates a location in Sanford, with another location set to open in Jensen Beach later in 2023. They are looking to open in shopping malls across the country and plan to have amazing success with bringing entertainment back to the local malls.
After spending several hours with grandkids in this entertainment venue, I can personally highly recommend it! It’s a great way to spend a hot afternoon when not at the beach. Check it out soon!
