Closing Costs

There are certain standard fees related to closing the sale of a house. These fees are commonly divided between the buyer and seller, as noted in the sales contract. Many are conventional, but there are nuances to each, so you’ll want a real estate expert in Florida to help lead you through the transaction.

Buyers: When purchasing a home in Central Florida, you will be given a “Loan Estimate” (LE) of closing costs within three days of submitting your loan application. The estimate is based on the loan officer’s past experiences and is required to be within a suitable range so you’re not astonished when you reach the closing appointment. We’ll be happy to look at the LE with you, answering your questions and highlighting any estimates in question.

Sellers: As we hammer out your sale, not only will we work to get the very best sales price, but we’ll also campaign for lower closing costs. And once we’ve arrived at an agreement, we’ll give a detailed list of the closing costs so you are aware of exactly where your money is going.
